I am sat in a dark room, everything's old but not old. I am not alone from somewhere four men appear. They wear sombre clothes there not looking at me there facing each other and are focusing on somewhere else, from above I see they are holding a large box.

Suddenly I am aware of a presence near me, I am not threatened, the presence begins to talk to me, I can't quite see their face, this presence is dressed like the others but is different. He is asking me questions, questions about my life, my regrets my achievements, I find it all a bit strange but I answer. I must have been talking for a while, though I can't understand what I am saying, I notice that the box the others are holding is big enough for a body, big enough for me.

I become nervous, I try to voice my concerns but my lips are stiff, the presence from beside me is now on the other side of the room he says 'not yet'.

I am outside in a garden, surrounded by four high walls, I am the only one here but I feel the presence of others, there above me somehow. There's a flash of a light, then another, then another, they build and build, till there's thousands of them. I try to block them out by covering my face with my hands but the light still gets through, I turn around and there still there and that's where the dream ends.

 

The Overlap Project

Within the vaults of the ARSEO archive there is a series of audio cassettes. Each these cassettes contain recordings of an unnamed female ARSEO operative recounting in an altered state (either dreaming or other trance like state) a number of locations and actions. Often the records contain overt references to places which exist within the 'real world' and the operative details items and actions which she performed within the dreamstate. A number of the cassettes are marked with dates, dates which are fast approaching.

The information recorded on these cassettes would suggest the probability of some form of precognitive power on the part of the unknown female ARSEO operative. In order to validate this it has been proposed that the ARSEO should on the date provided by the cassettes and with the descriptions held within them, that they should set up the conditions to investigate the precognitive power of these records. In order to ensure an unbiased appraisal of the tapes validity it is considered that a neutral subject should be used.

The White Arrow Project

In its investigations into extraordinary people and there extraordinary ideas the ARSEO have discovered such a unique individual named Ann Walker. Who has contact with a American Indian spirit guide called 'White Arrow' to undertake a daily ritual. During these sessions White Arrow relived to Walker that he was in fact an extra-terrestrial from 'Planet Heaven' and was communicating to Walker the true condition of Planet Earth and to predict an impending catastrophe. All the information given by White Arrow was presented, by Walker, through a series of drawings which seem to echo the methods of Automatic Writing.

In 2004 Ann Walker passed away, has she left a gap? Are White Arrows messages going unheard? Well we here at the ARSEO have decided to take up Walker's 'work' but this time allow the public to access the opportunity to have this interstellar communication and help in the process of the passing on continuing of White Arrow's Mission. We here at the ARSEO will attempt to recreate the conditions of Walkers original communications the only difference would be that we would request the individual taking part to use both their left and right hand thereby engaging both the left and right hemispheres of the brain which, we hope, will allow any communication to flow through the brain without conscience effect.

The drawings created by the individuals with be collected by an ARSEO operative and deciphered by our top men.

A subject (subject A) is invited to recall a place or journey which they believe exists in an alternative mental state (dream).

This recollection is recorded, the recollection is then relied to another subject (subject B), and the information should be transmitted via some form of electronic device or verbally by an ARSEO operative.

While Subject B listens to Subject A s 'dream journey' Subject B must be encouraged to follow the description of said journey as much as physically possible.

This is an attempt to consolidate two disparate mental states.
